1. What this website is

An information and enquiry website for a manufacturer of hotel amenities. It describes our products and lets you request a quotation. It is not a shop. It takes no payments, displays no prices and processes no orders.

2. Product information is indicative

Product descriptions, pack sizes, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith to help you understand the range. Photographs are illustrative; actual products, packaging and colours may differ, and packaging is periodically updated. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until we confirm an order in writing.

3. Quotations

Any quotation we issue in response to an enquiry is indicative and subject to written confirmation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and, where none is stated, for thirty days. They assume the quantities, pack sizes and delivery location given in the enquiry, and are subject to change if those change or if input costs move materially.

4. Customisation and private label

Where we produce private label goods to your branding, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork, logos and marks you supply, and you indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from their use. Production runs to an approved artwork proof; minimum order quantities and lead times are as stated in the relevant quotation. Minor variation in printed colour is inherent to the process and is not a defect.

5. Product use

Our cosmetic products are for external use only and should be used as directed on the pack. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Information on this website is general and does not replace the directions, warnings and ingredient list printed on the product itself, which govern.

6. Intellectual property

The Medilife name and logo, the text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to Medilife Impex Pvt Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Third-party brand names and packaging shown on this website in connection with bought-in goods remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

7. Client references

Properties named on this website are shown as references with their permission. Their names and marks remain their property, and nothing on this website implies that they endorse any product beyond the supply relationship.

8. Acceptable use
