How we handle your details

Medilife Impex Pvt Ltd (M-30, MIDC Industrial Area, Nildoh, Hingna, Nagpur 440016) collects, through this form: your name, your company or property name, your email address, your phone number, your type of business, your number of rooms, your delivery location, the products you are interested in, and your message. Our hosting provider also records your IP address, browser type and the time of your request.

We use these details only to answer this enquiry and to prepare a quotation for the hotel amenities and toiletries you ask about. Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted twenty-four months after our last exchange.

You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold, correct it, or have it erased at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer, Ankush Thakre — info@medilifeamenities.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India — the route is set out in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. If you would like this notice in Marathi, Hindi or another Eighth Schedule language, write to the same address and we will arrange it.
